Schweizer – 2025 World First Green Line range

Published on:

For years, SCHWEIZER has been pursuing a clear sustainability strategy – from recycling to FSC-certified packaging to its own photovoltaic system. With the new Green Line, we are now taking a decisive step further: it combines bio-based materials with sustainable charging options via USB-C and induction – for greater environmental friendliness and ease of use.

The focus is on an innovative charging system that makes the tedious battery replacement superfluous. Instead of regularly buying and storing batteries, users conveniently charge their visual aids by cable or wirelessly. This saves effort, reduces costs and reduces battery consumption – a real benefit for people and the environment.

At launch, the Green Line comprises three sustainable product lines:
• ERGO-Lux mobil (illuminated magnifier series)
• MULTILIGHT Pro Pocket (illuminated mobile handheld reading light)
• FUNCTIONAL (unlit mobile magnifier)

All products are largely made of an innovative bioplastic based on renewable raw materials and contain certified wood from sustainable forestry. An in-house recycling process enables the almost complete recycling of all components.

The Green Line is manufactured exclusively in Germany – with the highest quality standards and short delivery routes. It shows that sustainability and innovation are not mutually exclusive, but complement each other perfectly.
