How does Optelec Support work and what can we do for you?


We also take care of your aids if they unexpectedly malfunction or break. From minor repairs to troubleshooting: we ensure that your tools are in perfect condition and therefore always quickly deployable.

If possible, we carry out minor repairs on site at your location, so that the aid is out of use for as short a time as possible. For larger repairs, we always consult with you first. If necessary, you will receive a replacement aid.
